This shirt was worn by Jenette Goldstein in the role of Vasquez.
Goldstein, naturally fair, wore body makeup to make her appear Hispanic, which is still visible around the neck and arms of the costume.
Note the graffiti on the back: 'LOCO' (Spanish for 'crazy').
